response to the Commonwealth’s passage of an Act to Improve Public Records. While this page
represents a new addition to our site it is part of an ongoing effort by the Commissioner’s to
improve and enhance the accessibility of our records.

For Public Records Requests under the newly amended Public Records Law please use the form
below and submit online to the Bristol County Commissioners; Records Access Officer, 9 Court
Street, PO Box 208, Taunton, MA 02780. This form should only be used for Public Records
Requests.
